Luxury hotel located in a central area just next door to Edinburgh has to offer as well as Royal Mile. Beautiful building and rooms with comfortable decoration. Liked the bedroom, it was large, and the stay overall was wonderful, had late check-out.

Actually everything was lovely. Optimal location, approaching staff, large bed. Hotel was tidy. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Old Town district. Really enjoyed the good restaurant. The pool was excellent and the garden - small.

reasonably large and contemporary rooms, excellent modern hotel. there were coffee and tv area in the room, loved that. apologetic staff, they kept the venue perfectly clean. good hot continental breakfast - exceptional cereals and fruit juices. prime location just a pleasant stroll away from a leith street. easy check-in and decent customer service.

Location and drinks were lovely, overall the hotel was family-friendly and neat. Separate bedrooms and perfect beds. Found in a green area. We concluded the day with a sightseeing through a green Flag park a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The location - handy and the staff - very obliging, the bed was very comfortable. I got free upgrade and liked it. The full English breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was particularly good. The place was a short way from the heart of Edinburgh. Pool was heated and there was a small restaurant on site.
